Lunette

Lunette is a model study of moonlight and the lunar landscape, perceived flat from afar and three-dimensional from up-close.
The lunar window opens and closes in accordance with moon phases, in real time. The lunar room's ambient lighting corresponds to the perceived changing colour of the moon as related to the moonrise and moonset times / the scattering of light.
Built as a miniature test version before installation on site, the project remains unfinished.
